Doha (THEWILL) – Manchester United Coach, Sir Alex ferguson has requested a personal hearing over a charge of improper conduct following his comments about referee Alan Wiley after the premier league match against Sunderland on the 3rd of October.

The united coach during post match commentaries tended to suggest that referee Wiley was not in good physical condition for the match which ended in a 2-2 draw. Alex Ferguson who is not new to controversies has been vocal lately and has not spared referees with his bashings. He called referee Andre Mariiner inexperienced after United’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield last weekend.

Sir Alex may be given a touchline ban and a hefty fine if found guilty. No date has been set for the hearing.
