Executive Council Voting To Remove Yar’Adua From Office

Abuja Feb 17, (THEWILL) – The Executive Council of the Federation is voting now on a motion moved by Foreign Affairs Minister Ojo Maduekwe to declare President Umaru Yar’Adua incapacitated.
The council is voting on implementing Section 145 of the 1999 Constitution.
