Our source said the speech would address the current clashes in Jos, Plateau State and government’s plan to bring the violence to an end.

The Vice President was said to be unhappy over the contents of the security report he received on the matter.

We have not been able to independently confirm whether the President’s absence would be addressed in the broadcast.
