Charles Soludo Is PDP Candidate-Supreme Court

San Francisco (THEWILL) - The Supreme Court on Thursday afternoon ruled that Professor Charles Soludo is Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate in the February 6, 2010, governorship election in Anambra State.
A Court of Appeal in Abuja on Wednesday had ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to exclude the candidate from the poll until it determines the suit before it.
The ruling paves way for the former Central Bank governor to contest the election against Mr. Peter Obi, Dr. Chris Ngige, Dr. Andy Uba and others.
