IBORI'S ASABA TRIAL ADJOURNED TILL NOVEMBER 23RD

Abuja (THEWILL) - Justice Mercel Awokulehin, the trial judge in the case involving former Delta Governor, James Ibori has adjourned proceedings till the 23rd of November.
The judge was expected to have given his ruling today on whether the prosecution had enough evidence to continue the trial. Justice Awokulehin said he would defer his decision in order to calm nerves, as there was so much anxiety in the state regarding his expected ruling.
