Abuja (THEWILL) – One week after sacking Mrs Folake Oshinowo from the Federal House of Representatives, Justice Clara Ogunbiyi’s led Court of Appeal in Ibadan, Oyo State Thursday annulled Chief Iyiola Omisore’s Senatorial election and ordered a fresh poll within six months.
Omisore, a ruling party candidate represented Osun East Senatorial District in Abuja and was until his sack Chairman, Senate Committee on Appropriation.
