ASUU Suspends Strike

SAN FRANCISCO, February 01, (THEWILL)- The Academic Staff Union of Universities has suspended their strike action today February 01, 2012 after reaching agreements with the government. The two month old strike caused the shut down of universities nationwide, forcing students to stay at home.
The National Executive of the Academic Staff Union of Universities has directed that all university lecturers nationwide should return to work with effect from tomorrow, Thursday, February 2, 2012.
