Documents Attached: Continuation Of Our Report On The Ibori London Suit
SAN FRANCISCO, January 17, (THEWILL) – In continuation of our earlier exclusive report on the London trial of Chief James Ibori, which has received mixed reactions, THEWILL has obtained documents to back up our story that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has dropped the charges of corruption and fraud earlier levelled against the former Governor of Delta State.
According to court papers, Ibori will face ONLY 10 MONEY LAUNDERING allegations relating to misuse of the British banking system and acquisition of real estate, while his financial adviser, Ellias Nimho Preko, faces ONLY 3 charges.
