Update: RMD In Car Crash
SAN FRANCISCO, January 17, (THEWILL) – Foremost actor and Delta State Commissioner for Culture, Mr. Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) was involved in a car crash that occurred this morning around Urhonigbe, a border town between Delta and Edo States.
THEWILL gathered that the actor survived the crash but his driver is being observed in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of an undisclosed hospital. His official Prado SUV was totalled.
Sources in Delta State Government say RMD is alive but shaken by the accident. He is being treated at the St. Luke's Hospital Asaba for minor wounds and undergoing checks to ensure that there are no internal injuries, THEWILL can report.
