Olagunsoye Oyinola Is Osun Governor - Tribunal

San Francisco, May 28, (THEWILL) – Osun State Governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinola has been re-affirmed as the duly elected governor of the state.
The Election Tribunal, sitting in Osogbo, Osun State today ruled that Oyinola, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) won the April 14, 2007 governorship election.
Engr. Rauf Aregbesola of the Action Congress (AC) had petitioned the tribunal for a re-trial of his appeal as ordered by an Ibadan Appeal Court last year.
