WARRI, DELTA April 13, (THEWILL) - It was all drama in Sapele community today, as protesters numbering over two hundred in many vehicles drove round the entire Sapele community, denouncing the re-election bid of Delta State Governor Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan and chanting anti-Uduaghan slogans.

Surprisingly, Sapele seems to be one of Governor Uduaghan’s strongholds having recently been endorsed for a second term in office by the Urhobo consultative Forum during the forum's rally recently.

The governor has received endorsements from various groups in the state including the House of Assembly even as opposition to his re-election continues to grow amongst some other groups.

Uduaghan was elected governor in 2007 under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
