Fayemi Condoles With Babalola, Other Accident Victims Families

The gubernatorial Candidate of the Action Congress in Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has condoled with the families of former Commissioner and Chairman of the State Health Management Board, Dr. Sola Babalola and others who lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident few days ago.

Dr Fayemi in a condolence letter expressed his shock and sadness over the loss of prominent indigenes of Ekiti in one fell swoop. While lamenting the death of the victims, he said, ‘only the creator knows why some things happen the way they do’.

He was particularly pained that Dr. Babalola who was a Medical practitioner should pass on at this critical period in Ekiti thus depleting the ranks of badly needed medical personnel that are currently in short supply.

He admonished the family of Babalola to be consoled with the fact that many nice things were said about him since his demise few days ago which means he did not die in vain. He urged them to accept the inevitable, which they cannot change.

He also appealed to the families of the other victims to take the death of their siblings as an act of God which no man can query and prayed for the repose of their souls.

Fayemi said the death of Babalola and others is not only a loss to their families but to Ekiti State. He prayed God to intervene and divinely end unfortunate incidents in Ekiti.
